How do I get rid of a prior year note on schedule B for foreign accounts?

Client had to file FinCen 114 last year but not this year.  Boxes 7a and 8 on Part III of schedule B are marked "no", yet the note that was added to last year's return keeps showing up in the final 2019 return.  How do I get rid of the note from last year?

While you're on the line with the note - right click, select "Delete line in table"

I can't see the line until I print the return, then it appears.  Any other ideas?

Delete the form( Ctrl W)   Then reenter this years information.
