Click the line at the top where it says Client Name. If It goes Z to A, click one more time to make it A to Z.
Sometimes they scramble up and the only way to re-alphabetize them is to exit the program and restart/log in. No clue why it happens, but it does now and then.
I have refreshed view and ran the homebase tuneup, exited and reopened. I still have files out of alphabetical order. I don't want to chance any problems so I'll probably put up with the inconvenience.
