health insurance subs owner on 1095A

Taxpayer is sole member of LLC - She is taxed as Sub S Corp.  Increased wages in box 1 of W2 by amount business paid for her health insurance for above-the-line deduction.  However, she receives a 1095A - must report on her personal return.  Premiums automatically flow to itemized deductions.  They are better off taking the above-the-line deduction than including it on Schedule A.  How do you handle this without overriding medical expenses on schedule A.  Removing it from Schedule A lowers to point where they will take standard deduction.  Should I just remove Schedule A?

On the 1095-A or 8962 there is a spot to 'link' it to a business, such as the S-corporation.

On one of the K-1 worksheets, it will ask for Medicare Wages on the W-2 (Box 5).  Fill that in and you should be good.
