I've been unable to download 2020 Proseries, I get an error message if I try going through 2019 upload next years product. It tells me error downloading product inventory when downloading from my account online...I've updated everything suggested, restarted my computer several times.
If it makes it far enough where I can select Federal and state products I'd like, even though Federal 1040, etc boxes are checked, tells me I have to choose an available Federal product in order to download and gives me the error downloading product inventory and fails

CR EA, I'm sorry for the frustration. Can you forward the latest file found in C:\ProgramData\Intuit\ProSeries\Install\TY20\Logs to firstname.lastname@example.org?
I'll also get a care specialist to follow up. Based on my cursory examination of the code, it looks like a firewall or router or something is blocking access to our download files.
Out of curiosity, what happens if you try to download the following from a browser:
Another user wasn't able to do that, which indicated some firewall/router type thing.
Also, can you try a hard reboot of your router? Unplug power, wait a minute, then replug back in?
