Solved: Has anyone from Colorado had a problem with the state not taking the taxes due and it should come from the clients bank account?

I'm not in CO, but I did have it happen with one client's California balance due, they got the Federal refund direct deposited, so I know it wasn't a routing or bank account number error. Everything on my end looks correct, not sure what happened.
