When will form 8995 be ready for trusts? This is an emergency.

Is it an emergency only because you don't want to file a paper return?

When we print the return, form 8995 says do not file. How can we file a paper return with that?

You should try to refresh updates, and see if that helps

Emergency?  Did we actually come close to suffering the first tax season fatality?

1) Go to the Internet.

2)  Download a blank Form 8995.

3)  Print out the blank Form 8995.

4)  Fill out the blank Form 8995 with the numbers on the form you have that says do not file.  You can use either a pen or a typewriter, if you still have one around somewhere.

5)  File a paper return with the Form 8995 that you have filled out manually.  (Or electrically, if you used an electric typewriter.)
