Form 8962

Is anyone still getting an error on form 8962 for the premium tax credit the client needs to pay back?  Can you go ahead and efiled the return anyway, it states that that form will not be transmitted.

Thanks

Its happening on returns with SEHI....its not pulling the correct amounts to the right lines with SEHI is involved. Many people are just unlinking the 1095A from the Sch C or K-1 and entering the actual premiums paid, like you would with non-marketplace insurance to bypass the error.
