Client received form 8858 included in a K-1 package. Does he have an individual filing requirement or does the partnership's filing of the form satisfy his requirement? If he does need to file, Proseries does not support it. It would have to be mailed in with form 8453. how do I get form 8453 to trigger the 8858 box to be checked? Or can I attach as a pdf?
