federal e-file won't go through

My federal return with no errors will not go through.  It says the version is no longer current.  I have updated three times.  What do I do to get this return filed?  And all the others that will follow?

To resolve this, first update your program normally.

Then, from within the program go to Updates -> Refresh Updates.

This option will 'drain' existing updates and force ProSeries to refresh its updates (based on installed tax products).

There is no Repair Updates under Tools.  So how was this helpful?
