We are using ESignature from our ProSeries software for the first time. We are trying to send both the Federal and NY State EFile Authorizations and the client copy of each return. We select "8879 & Other Forms" which brings up checkboxes for both federal & state. The NY attachment has the ESign form and the client copy of the NY return. The Federal attachment just has the 8879. Regardless of how we select "request" in ProSeries (next to the state or federal), it always is the same with NO federal client copy attached. Do we have to send these separately? Any help is appreciated, thank you!
