I am sending an eSignature to taxpayer and spouse. The spouse is receiving the request but the taxpayer is not. We have triple checked the email address. We have even changed the email address to another email address to see if his email address was the problem. But still he does not receive the eSignature request.
Hi, not sure why it is set up this way, but when you have two signatures requested (like MFJ), e-signature request will go to the secondary person 1st. Once they complete their signature, the primary signer will get the request.
