Error "Index was outside the bound of the array"

Good afternoon, I have Intuit Proseries Basic Edition & Proseries 2020 to prepare Corporate and Personal Income Tax. I have worked all year without problem and today the program does not open and gives an error. "Index was outside the bound of the array" There is NO Support until Tuesday and I have a lot of work.
I really appreciate the help you can give me.

Im not sure if the answer is in this thread or not, you may want to tag the Intuit employee that helped this person.

it looks like the fix that helped that person IS explained down near the bottom of the thread (3 or 4 up from the bottom)

Please delete the customviews.xml file in the Homebase folder (ie C:\ProWin20\HomeBase\CustomerViews.xml) & relaunch PS  again.

The issue will be addressed in the next release of ProSeries.
