Is there a place on the federal 1040 worksheet to enter New York state itemized deduction for Job expenses that are no longer being used on the federal schedule A?

 New York state allows job expenses that have now been taken away on the federal 1040  schedule A.   What is the easiest way to enter deductions that are acceptable by New York State but not by the federal government (Deductions that used to be available on the Federal 1040 schedule A prior to 2018?)
