Last tax season I was getting email notifications when a client would upload a document in Intuit Link.
Now, I am not getting the notifications. Under settings it still shows my email and the opt in button is on.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Based on what you see, you're supposed to receive a notification daily. There have been a few complaints though. You'll need to contact Intuit Support to have them look into it for you if you continue to experience problems.
