GO TO TOOLS, THEN USER ACCESS RIGHTS AND THEN TO ENABLE OR DISABLE ACCESS RIGHT

FEATURES AND THEN CLICK DISABLE. THIS HAS WORKED FOR ME

on admin, disable "enable access rights"

I was instructed to do this by a Proserise agent

What do you use for master password since we never had one?Thankyou for the turning on /off got us halfway there.

USER'S & ACCESS RIGHTS 

ENABLE/DISABLE ACCESS RIGHT FEATURE

It worked!
