ProSeries does it again.
If you have a client that is making electronic ES payments for 2021 the PS diagnostics will say the FIRST payment will be withdrawn on May 17, 2021.
The client letter will say April 15, 2021.
The Preparer Electronic Filing Instructions page will say May 17, 2021.
The IRS, as of today, has NOT changed the due date to May 17 for the first payment.
Another program glitch.
My concern is what exactly is transmitted to the IRS when e-filing and will the payment be withdrawn on April 15, May 17 or, God forbid, not at all?
