Efile return when taxpayer is deceased and getting a refund

What are the steps to efiling a return when the taxpayer died during the year and he is getting a refund

Pretty much the same as any other return, but you need to include the 1310 for the representative to claim the refund.

How do you get rid of the error messages?

Pro Series tech support is useless

When you call they say it is a 30 - 40 minute wait and 20 minutes in they disconnect the call

Certain returns for deceased people may not be able to be Efiled, you should be able to click the yellow ? button on the toolbar when youre on the 1310 and have an error and read the requirements.
