efile rejest

I always have to manually file a 1040 as I'm cannot cure a reject. It usually says there are too many Form 1116's. This year it says "data is missing" and to check if a country code and date paid of accrued is supplied on all Form 1116's. There is no error message when I review the return ?

How are you entering the foreign taxes? Are they from 1099DIV statements or something else?
