If a taxpayer and spouse share the same email account, can we definitely put that exact same email address in both the taxpayer and spouse's email line in the information worksheet?  All I read says you enter both the taxpayer and spouse emails to send an e-signature request, which assumes they each have their own email address.

Yes you can enter the same email for both spouses. Let the clients know that they will receive 2 emails and each spouse must sign their own email.

When I request signature for the authorization form there is only a spot to enter the taxpayer email. There is no spouse email line. how do you add spouse line?

You need to add it in ProSeries in the Federal Information Sheet. It can be the same email for both spouses.
