E-sign/DocuSign Dashboard shows we have 0 signatures purchased but we have over 200 left

Tried to call in to support on this, waited over an hour to have no resolution other than to tell me it's because I don't have the current version of Windows 1903 and it needs to be 1910 .... but why has it worked every single day since we purchased them but now ever since Friday, it just says 0.

Frustrated. Not sure where to turn, we have hundreds of clients.
