I got an Error Message on my first e filed return saying.
Error F8962-070 The e-File database indicates that a form 8962 or a binary attachment with description containing "ACA Explanation" must be present in the return.
The IRS rejected your return due to missing information regarding the Advance Premium Tax Credit. You will need form 1095-A to provide information.
My client gets her insurance through her employer. No idea why this error happened.

Theres a 1095A out there with their SSN on it, have them call heathcare.gov and see what they have.
Maybe they signed up for it at some point but never followed through, they wont cancel you for non-payment.
This rejection is SO much better than accepting then waiting 8 weeks to send a letter requesting it, then taking another 12 weeks to issue the refund!
