E-filed wrong return is there a way to pull it back?

No take backs!   Just have to hope for a rejection, or an amended return may be needed.

I always leave the PIN date blank until right before I'm ready to Efile that return..can never accidently send in the wrong return, the missing date will always stop it..

Only if you had a really long string attached to it.  If you are religious, go to church and pray for rejection.  As Lisa noted, that is your only out other than an amended return.
