I have somehow created a few clients' files twice. Now on e-file page under EF Status it shows in red "Duplicate SSN/EIN." When I try to open the client's file (with duplicate SSN/EIN ) it says " Cannot locate c:\baswin\19.
How can I erase these duplicate files? Or is there another way to resolve this issue.

Thank you so much, Just-Lisa-Now- for your valuable help. I had been struggling to get rid of the duplicate e-files for a long time. We really need experts like you in this forum. I ran the Home base- database and all my duplicate files were fixed.
