No, unless you have access to a fairly reliable time machine.
Did you ever purchase the 2004 program? If yes, then possibly you can download. Login into your account https://accounts.intuit.com/
Once you get to the ProConnect screen look for the dropdown Previous Years
My account shows back to 2006 which is first year I purchased
And I could possibly win the Boston Marathon, but I'm not betting a lot of money on that happening.
Lacerte goes back to 2002. I don't know if you can get there from here.
