I am a "Proseries Professional" user. For some reason, I cannot see Form 990/990EZ in the Homebase drop down view. However, it appears to have been downloaded. When I click on update --> select and download new product, I notice the 990/990EZ checkboxes for both Federal and State are checked. When I proceed to "Next" as if downloading a new product, no download occurs.
I am not sure if form 990/990EZ is not ready yet or there is something wrong with the product. Any information will be helpful.
