Is docusign not working? It processes through print cycle but then I just get a blank screen. This is in 2019. I also tried in 2018 and get a messsage I need to purchase more so twice I purchased 1 and then it still says I need to purchase one.
I am experiencing the same thing.
I get to the point of "next" after selecting the states I wish to submit and then I get a blank screen.
It has happened in two sequences. Once about 3 weeks ago and my only resolution was to wait overnight and it worked the nest day.
Then it started happening yesterday, April 4th and after rebooting the computer, waiting overnight, the problem still exists.
Does anybody from Tech Support or Docusign have any answers on this problem?
