DMS errors

I have not been able to use my DMS for a week now.  I was promised a call back from someone who could fix it a WEEK ago.  I was promised a call within 48 hours (a WEEK AGO) I've called in since and they've "elevated my case" whatever that means.  I'm curious if anyone else is having this problem and how they are working around it.  There is data in my DMS that I need to do my work and I can't get to any of it. NONE!  Anyone else able to figure this out on their own?
