I dont understand your question, but if fees are an issue, cant you file for free on the CA state website?

My fee is $90 to file the EITC form and fill out the documentation.  The credit is only $86 - so my tax client loses money.  She doesn't want to file the EITC forms but I can't get ProSeries to disable the forms for her and I can't e-file unless they are disabled.

So you want a way to disallow EITC that the client is entitled to because you charge too much money?

I cant help you, sorry.

No, that's not it.  She doesn't want it and it wouldn't matter how much I charge.  She's not into those types of give aways and I offered it for free, but she said absolutely not.
