De Minimis safe harbor election in Basic 1040

I am new to the Basic program, have always used Professional.  Where is the form to make the de minimis safe harbor election (Section 1.263(a)-1(f)) in the Basic 1040 program?

On the General Information tab, left-hand side, about 1/2 down.

Or you can click the green "Where Do I Enter?" button and type "election", and it is a few down.

But then when the form pops up you ALSO need to check the box on the actual election form itself, or else it does not actually trigger the election.
