I just tried to call the number I have for customer service and it said that they were closed. According to their page, they should be open until 8 pm PT. Is there a good number I can call to reach someone?

Not so. They close at 6pm, Pacific time. Even at the peak of the tax season, they don't close any later than 7pm, Pacific time, except for April 15. See this article for details of their operating hours and contact number:
