Just updated to QB 2021. We have utilized the invoicing function from ProSeries to QuickBooks for a number of years with no issues, however, can get nothing to invoice after this update. There is a quick "flash" on the ProSeries screen as if the process is starting once you initiate to Create QuickBooks Invoices from the Tools Menu List, but nothing happens. We've tried it on a number of client files to make sure it wasn't a client-specific problem, but with no success.
Any suggestions? Everything else works just fine after the update.
