    My clients are seeing a blank form after accepting my invitation.  I also alternate between seeing a blank page and a page with a list on it.  Is anyone else having this issue?  Any advise on how to fix?

    I haven’t had the issue (yet). Try support. 

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
