client Federal and NC state return not accepted

The Federal return and NC state return was not accepted after two attempts to transmit. I get what appears to be an error code of 5432. 19i.

You say its not accepted....so did you get an actual rejection? 

Or the return will Convert, but when you attempt to Transmit you get an error? 

or will it not Convert for Efiling either?

That "5432. 19i"  looks like the file name, so I dont think thats the error.

Open the return up again and use the REVIEW button, and run through the entire review and make sure you don't have anything that shows up as RED.  Do that for both Fed and State.
