My account information for auto renewal shows my company name for my credit card which is incorrect and it won't allow me to change this (Proseries have incorrectly updated this previously!) but I refuse to make another international phone call to resolve this as the last one cost me £28!! Why can't we now do live chat or email as we used to? Forcing someone to make an international phone call as the only method of contact in this electronic age is unprofessional and costly to the user, it's making me seriously think about moving to another provider. Intuit, will you PLEASE sort this out?!
