Can you solve a rejected e-file? Fist time being a dependent and parents are not claiming, but rejected, why?

Two separate clients have this issue, and rejection notice does not open to find issue.

Highlight the clients in the EFCenter, then hit F12, then choose Rejected Returns and Print the reports.
