Solved: Can we use the autowithdawal when they owe over $80K ? or does that require an EFTPS account?

Sold a rental property for close to $1 million without calling me and doing some rough figures on taxes owed UGH!

She had done a 1031 exchange and received this property back in 2000 as part of the exchange...low basis, lots of depreciation...shes got the $$ for the taxes though!

I believe you can unless something changed. I've done them for $100,000.
