I have tried calling both 800-434-6818 and 800-934-1040, the first number is supposed to be for customer service and "support" but all I get is a menu with three option - press 1 for new customers looking to purchase the product, press 2 for existing customers looking to renew and press 3 to repeat the menu. Options 1 and 2 don't work, no matter how hard I press the buttons on the phone. I know that support specialists exist because I spoke to them earlier in the season. But now the phone number for "support" doesn't even have that option and the phone menu doesn't even work. What is going on here? I need to speak to someone yesterday! Help Help Help
We pay enough for this software, the phone number that they say is for support should have an option to connect you to someone for support, even if there is a long wait or need to be called back. You can't rely on this online community to handle all your issues, as I've just posted a couple and not gotten any responses (and really I wouldn't expect them from fellow users, for obvious reasons at this time of year). HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH A LIVE INDIVIDUAL AT PROSERIES? Or has this been taken away entirely?
I called 800-200-7599, the number for ProTaxConnect, and through some roundabout phone menus, got to a support person for ProSeries, and didn't have to wait that long to get someone. Get it together Intuit! Your phone numbers don't make any sense.
I hear you, but Intuit ProSeries needs to make its support more reachable. Going on here has saved me some time from calling, but this shouldn't be something we depend on. We pay Intuit for the software and presumably, that includes support. It's bad enough they took away the option to email them.
