Can a New York State tax returns from 2017,2018 and 2019 still be electronically filed? Does Intuit shut down for electronic filing?

Individual efiling shut down Nov 21. It will reopen in January 2021. 2017 individual returns can no longer be filed.

The IRS shuts down efiling, not Intuit.
As Susan says, that happened on 11/21/20. Some states can be be efiled separately - I don't know if NY is one of them. Intuit did send out notification of which states can still be efiled.
And, for IRS purposes - even when MeF reopens, 2017 will be off the e-file table. Again, don't know if that's applies to NY.
