Can a 2018 1040 be efiled through Proseries today 1/30/20?

As of right now, I think that answer is no, but Ive seen some conflicting information....did you try and it bounced back?

In any case it really depends on what you have on it anyway.  If you are dealing with stuff that Congress retrofitted at the stroke of midnight, those aren't going anywhere until mid to late February.  If not, Lacerte was getting cleared for takeoff but I haven't seen any word yet about ProSeries.

I tried today and reject error says I need to update which I did without success - same reject notice???

Use REFRESH updates, the regular update doesnt fix it.
