Can a California taxpayer still claim Premium Assistance Subsidy even if APTC repayment is suspended. . Asking because CA Form 3849 shows Zero PTC in COL. D , hence, PAS allowed is big because only Col C ( Monthly Contribution )is deducted from Col B(SLCSP)
I am confused-I need help. Thank you.
