Hi, I get the error message below on a California non-resident return.
I updated ProSeries and refreshed the updates. I have NO diagnostics about efiling (or anything else). I did what the message says. The extension was completed and successfully efiled long ago. If I open the return, go to CA and save it, nothing changes. Anyone have any ideas before I call Intuit? Thanks.
