Efiling 2017 returns

I have been trying to efile a 2017 tax return after I saw where we could efile the 2017 returns.  I still cannot efile.  Why can I not efile a 2017 return

Read the message again, it says prior year business returns, not individual.

Business returns can be e-filed but I believe you still have to wait a bit for individuals.
