Tonight I clicked on the Right Network icon to go into my 2020 software, and received a message and prompted for a password that my credentials to connect to XXXXXX.rightnetworks.com did not work. Please enter new credentials.
I entered my Right Network password (which works on their website) but I kept getting response that the login attempt failed. There is no link to get password help. How do I recover or reset? I have been on hold with ProSeries help for over 40 minutes.
