Do they plan to revise the 8962 to take into consideration the new legislation that doesn't require payback of excess premium tax credit?  There is plenty of info available for the unemployment non-taxability, but I am unable to find anything on the 8962.

THEY (as in the IRS) have to revise the form, then the software providers will do so.  As to 'when', it's up to the IRS.

I wonder if they will automatically adjust the returns that were already filed that are affected by this matter.. Like they did with the unemployment ..
