2018 1040X Transfer Unsuccessful

Amending 2018 1040.  Upon going to states (multiple) each state gives message "Transfer Was Unsuccessful: Internal Error".   I was able to initially activate state amended form prior to making any changes.  Changes was input of 1099-INT, DIV and Sch D. Any ideas on how to access states to finish job?

Ive never seen that message before...sounds like the state modules have some kind of issue?

Maybe using REFRESH Updates will wash out the bad and redownload the good?

Tried refresh, no work. Tried deleting states and reinstalled. No luck either. Very weird.

How did you ever fix?  I am having the same issue with trying to amend a MD return.
