Box H which is supposed to be on the 1065 K1 is missing on the form. This box indicates that the individual partner is foreign. I have a foreign partner with tax treaty that excludes capital gains, however the capital gains move on to schedule D and even though the individual is a foreign person the numbers flow to box 14. Anyone had this issue? Customer service has been useless on this. I am very dissapointed with quality of service lately from proseries.
