1040-x efile

When I checked the box on the original 2019 income tax return, I received a message that said not a 2019 return.  Any suggestions?

You need to open and activate (check the '2019' box) on the 1040X and that message disappears. 

The instructions are in the wrong order, Ive already alerted Intuit.
