I e-filed a Form VA760CG (Virginia tax return) and it keeps getting rejected. The error resolution says "please ensure that either a sales/use tax amount is present, or the box indicating neither is due is checked". On the worksheet the box is checked no sales tax and on the Form VA760CG under Additional Filing Information the No Sales & Use Tax Due Indicator box is checked. Has anyone else encountered this problem? And, if so, how do I fix it? Thanks.
