I haven't looked at the 1120, but on the 1065 and 1120s, you can carry the depr/amor/depl and accumulated depr/amor/depl by using the Accumulated Depreciation, Amortization and Depletion Worksheet.  there is a checkbook to enter it on the balance sheet.  I haven't yet found a way to carry the assets.
