.NET framework error

DTSCPA
Level 1

When I tried to install ProSeries Basic 2019 and then try to open the program, I get the following message:  "ProSeries has detected an issue with a Microsoft .NET Framework file that will prevent ProSeries from running properly."

Has anyone else run into this issue and how did you fix the problem.  I tried to follow the procedures in the link and it didn't work.

I have .NET Framework versions 3.5 and 4.7 on my machine.

Microsoft does have a repair tool for that .net framework, have you considered this?

This is outside of my knowledge area, sorry.  I dont think we have any moderators or Intuit people in here until Tuesday either.  (presidents day weekend).

I hate to tell people to call support, but in this case I think thats going to be your only option.  😕
